ABOUT BENJAMIN

Benjamin Jacob is an established artist from Delhi. His areas of expertise are Jazz, Classical Ballet and Modern Contemporary dance. He is the artistic director of Jacob’s Dance Company. With over a decade of experience in performing arts, he now does collaborative projects with unique movement artists.

CLASS FORMAT

The class starts with a 25-minute warm-up and then core work to build the foundation. Usage of the floor, weight shifts, connection of the limbs to the core and across-the-floor vocabulary are some of the elements done in core work. This is followed by a Lyrical Jazz choreography that is taught over a period of four classes. Variations are provided for everyone to feel comfortable.

Every Saturday 9:00 am to 10:30 am
