Calisthenics uses bodyweight to develop students’ strength, flexibility and fitness. Exercises include pushups, pullups, squats, lunges, planks, and progressions to make exercises accessible to beginners.

Calisthenics covers breathing, warmups & cooldowns, and is suitable for all fitness levels. To raise your strength, flexibility and fitness, calisthenics is a great choice.

ABOUT SURAJ

Suraj is an accomplished calisthenics practitioner, who’s been doing calisthenics for five years. He began his training in 2019 and gave personal classes before joining Delhi Rock. He is a professional parkour athlete and a member of Indian Storm Runners, a parkour team in India which has more than 100 thousand subscribers on YouTube. Suraj is an influencer with a following on MX TakaTak (2.5 million), Instagram (25 thousand) who has worked with brands like Yogue, Doctor’s Choice and UrbanGabru. Adults and kids aged 7+ are welcome. Classes are mixed ages, and beginner-friendly.

PRICING

Rs 300 per session

OR

Rs 3000 for our monthly membership which allows you to take any class on the schedule

NOTES

1)  Monthlies cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred

2)  Attire is comfortable, breathable and stretchy clothing, sports shoes. No jewellery, hair tied and nails trimmed. Bring a water bottle.

3)  Duration is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please be on time, warmups are important.
