Aerial artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric. Performers climb the fabric without the use of safety lines, and rely on their training and skill to ensure safety.
They use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. Aerial silks are used to fly through the air, striking poses and figures.
ABOUT MRIDVIKA
Mridvika is an accomplished and dedicated dance professional with a passion for artistic expression and movement. With over a decade of intensive training, Mridvika has honed her skills in various dance genres, making her a versatile and sought-after performer, instructor, and choreographer.
In addition to her terrestrial dance training, Mridvika has also explored the realm of aerial silks and aerial yoga, pushing the boundaries of her physical abilities and artistry to new heights. Adults and kids aged 7+ are welcome. Classes are mixed ages, and beginner-friendly.

₹ 3500 for our monthly membership which allows you to take any class on the schedule

| 2 | Class duration is 1 hour 15 minutes. Be punctual, warmups are important. |

| 5 | Attire is sports clothes and shoes. For Silks & Vayu, leggings with no zippers and a fitted shirt. |
