YIN YANG FLOW

 
Balancing the energies within our bodies has never been so important as it is now, where the fast pace of life often leaves us drained of energy.
 
Starting with a gentle stretching of the body and pranayama, we will continue with a few essential yin poses, meant to open and lubricate our joints, which we often never exercise. In turn, we become more stiff and the range of motion in those joints decreases, affecting the alignment of the body and causing pains in various areas of the body.
 
We will continue with a hatha flow in which we will hold asanas for a few breaths, working our muscles, and we will finish in a pleasant progressive relaxation in Savasana.
 
ABOUT ANCA
 
In love with yoga since her 20’s, Anca took the next step in India and took her 300 Hours TTC certification from Seema Sondhi’s Yoga studio.
 
Seema’s studio was also the place where she discovered Yin yoga and took a specialization of 100 hours. Her style flows between hatha, vinyasa and yin, with a special importance given to relaxation and pranayama, always adapted to the needs of the student.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
 
Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and a small towel.
