Hello folks!
Pavit is a Ministry of Ayush YCB certified yoga instructor, who also teaches dance and zumba. Please see more about Pavit at @yoginikaur and @space_of_performing_arts!
Pavit has kindly volunteered to teach a yoga class at DR, to raise funds for the charitable school we are housed in! The session is contribution-based, so whatever folks feel like contributing will go 100% to the school, garibniwaj.org
The session will be 75 minutes long, Friday 17th September 6.00 – 7.15 pm. If you’d like to sign up, please email team@delhirock.com, and we’ll put your name on the list for the session!
The session will be a yoga flow with suryanamaskars, pranayamas and meditation. Do please join us this Friday!
