Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.

This workshop will introduce you to Yin yoga, its gentle practice and the art of cultivating the inner awareness of the present moment to focus on being rather than achieving.

This third series of Yin Yoga workshop will be focused on the uniqueness of our anatomy giving special importance to the legs and hip area.

Yin Yoga helps students improving the health of the joints and connective tissues giving more flexibility and improving the range of motion, it can be an excellent practice to your journey to splits!

Carolina will guide student into a Yin Yoga session to release the tension in this key area of our body. Always remember, that Yin Yoga focuses on the functionality approach of each pose rather than the aesthetics, which makes this practice more universal and suitable for everyone.


Carolina has been studying and practicing yoga since 2008 when she moved to Delhi. She is a certified yoga teacher by Yogacharya Seema Sondhi and Yin Yoga certified by Jo Phee and Joe Barnett, seniors students of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers.
