Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.

This workshop will introduce you to Yin Yoga, its gentle practice and the art of cultivating the inner awareness of the present moment to focus on being rather than achieving.

This second series of Yin Yoga workshop will be focused on the uniqueness of our anatomy, giving special importance to the hip and pelvis area. This area connects our lower and upper bodies and it is a large energetic store of emotions and tension. Carolina will guide students into a Yin Yoga session to release the tension in this key area of our body.

Yin Yoga helps students finding the space of stillness along with improving the health of the joints and connective tissues giving more flexibility and improving range of motion.

Always remember, that in Yin Yoga there is no perfect posture but rather a functionality approach which makes this practice universal and suitable for everyone.


Carolina has been studying and practicing yoga since 2008 when she moved to Delhi. She is a certified yoga teacher by Yogacharya Seema Sondhi and Yin Yoga certified by Jo Phee and Joe Barnett, seniors students of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers.
