This Saturday we’ll be working on straddle stretch and middle splits, will learn how to improve your toe point and get rid of that microbend in your knees (a common problem in performing arts). Nice and simple with lots of warm up. If you want to learn how to improve your flexibility, this is a good place to learn.
Basic things: it improves range of motion, prevents injuries, brings your sports performance to the next level (many aerial tricks are possible only with good flexibility), works on your posture, makes you feel awesome 😜
Gear you need to bring with you:
Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga straps, and socks! If you don’t have all of these, don’t worry, we’ll help you out.
Class fee: Rs 700
