We’ll work on 2 basic tricks at this workshop: splits and a bridge and their variations. Nice and simple with lots of warm up. If you want to learn how to improve your flexibility, how to work on your splits and backbending this is a good place to learn.

Basic things: it improves range of motion, prevents injuries, brings your sports performance to the next level (many aerial tricks are possible only with good flexibility), works on your posture (tight shoulders, chest and upper back muscles are the reason for rounded shoulders, posture and back and neck pain), makes you feel awesome 😜

Gear you need to bring with you:

Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga straps, and socks! If you don’t have all of these, don’t worry, we’ll help you out.
