Thursday November 23rd
8.00 – 9.00 PM

Aurore Masson is a yoga teacher new to Delhi, and we asked her to do a trial class with us, our climbers and other athletes, and see if we could work out a yoga programme together.

This is free, she’s happy to teach a class to our community to introduce her teaching style to us, so if you fancy climbing for an hour or two and then winding down your session with an hour of Vinyasa, do drop in! Friends and guests are also welcome.

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered vinyasa yoga.

Aurore has 200 hrs teacher training in Vinyasa from Gerard Arnaud, Federation Francaise De Yoga. She also has 200 hrs teacher training from the Santhi School of Yoga and Vedanta Studies in Sivananda. Additionally, Aurore has taken trainings in meditation, ayurveda, hatha yoga, chair yoga and Hindustani classical music.

Aurore is doing a free trial for us! So no fee. Do please stay back and share your feedback, that will be helpful for her and us.

Do please bring a yoga mat, regular stretchy and breathable exercise attire, a water bottle.
