Tattva, The Art of Yoga, is a creative and dynamic yoga style that combines traditional and contemporary with elements of Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Ashtanga to get students fit and flexible. John ensures every class is different to help students stay engaged for the long term.
With four years of professional teaching at Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga, John has reaped the benefits yoga and meditation can bring. Having completed “200H Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training”. John made the decision to become a qualified teacher in order to share the joys the practice can bring in. John was early to find his passion; at the age of nine he made yoga a part of his life. His teaching is a blend of tradition and contemporary including Vinyasa, Hatha and Power Yoga with a touch of Ashtanga, Pranayam and Meditation.
The integral part of his class is passive/partner stretches that decreases soreness and increases flexibility. Thus combination of styles helps you to get fit, tone-up or lose weight, also if you are looking to de-stress and adopt a healthier lifestyle. “The best thing about teaching Yoga is to see happy smiles after a class”, says John. This warm hearted Bangalorean, spreading Yoga and all its positivity is almost an obsession. John credits Yoga to transforming his own life and believes ‘there is no limit to learning and self discovery’ through practice.
Mission: ‘To spread Yoga and a healthy lifestyle’
