I’m Deepanshu Gupta, a martial artist, yogi and fitness coach.
I combine movements of martial arts, yoga asanas, basic calisthenics and gymnastics, and cross functional patterns of exercises. And often end my sessions with a deep sounding work on Flow Meditation and Yog Nidra.
I learned martial arts under Shifu Mang Tombing, 4 times world champion in free fight and kickboxing. And yoga & gymnastics under Anuj Vats, South Asian medalist.
