In this workshop Carol and Dasha will guide you through a series of bodyweight conditioning and stretching exercises done with a partner.

Working out with a friend keeps you motivated, helps you understand your own and your partner’s body mechanics better, helps you access deeper stretches after the workout.

And it’s just fun! Come solo or with a friend to experience the possibilities of Partner Body Work. This is a combined experience of deep yoga practice and circus training.
