The acroyoga community in Delhi (see AcroYoga Delhi) is super active, and also a group of very nice people.
Two members of the group, Sebastian and Anuraag, have kindly agreed to lead folks through a mini-workshop on acroyoga safety and etiquette basics, so if you’ve been wanting to try acro, but weren’t sure how, this is a great opportunity.

It’s free, at Lodi gardens on Saturday morning, so just turn up! Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and we promise you’ll have lots of fun and also get to learn something new.

ABOUT SEB AND ANURAAG
SEB started his yoga journey in Dec 2015. On a two week yoga retreat in Bali in March-April 2016, at the Bali spirit festival he came across acroyoga. Trainings attended so far:

ANURAAG is new to acroyoga, and took his first workshop in acroyoga with Delhi Rock in July 2017. He has since been an enthusiastic participant in the weekly Delhi acro jams, and has also been fortunate enough to attend seven workshop sessions with a brilliant acroyoga teacher, Haein Cho, one of India’s few Level 2 certified acro teachers, in September and October.
