Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.

This workshop will introduce you to Yin yoga, its gentle practice and the art of cultivating the inner awareness of the present moment to focus on being rather than achieving.

With a glimpse into Yin/Yang Theory, to recognize the importance of including Yin yoga in our life and into the Meridian Channels to understand the relation between them and our bodies.


The workshop will guide you through a session to understand the uniqueness of our anatomy and how a single posture can be expressed by different people in very different ways.

There is not a perfect pose when practicing yin yoga but a functional approach which makes this practice universal and suitable for everyone.


Carolina has been studying and practicing yoga since 2008 when she moved to Delhi. She is a certified yoga teacher by Yogacharya Seema Sondhi and Yin yoga certified by Jo Phee and Joe Barnett, seniors students of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers.
