The qualities of a Yin form of practice can be thought of as a slower, cooler and physically quieter practice, whereas a Yang practice is more physically dynamic and warming.

During this workshop we will mindfully explore and combine these two contrary forces in order to reconnect with a harmonious sense of well-being. A set mix of soft and slow movements (Qi Gong) along with smooth static poses of Yoga.

Benefits of this workshop:

• A conscious flow sequence/movements working on fascia level for flexibility and opening the meridians.

• A conscious stillness practice working deeper on the joints and connective tissue and calming the nervous system

• Learning how to balance the qualities of Yin and Yang
