Lukas is a young athlete looking to develop a group of athletes at Delhi Rock and a calisthenic training program based on power yoga.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
In Lukas’ own words:
I’d like to teach calisthenics based on yoga (strength and power yoga). So this is body weight exercises to gain strength and increase mobility, and will be useful for climbing as well as other athletic activities. I know a lot about sports diet, what to eat what not to eat, when and how to eat, and will be happy to share my knowledge with students.
My style is not to “destroy yourself” or “no pain, no gain” or “push the limits”, but rather that hard work brings results, and that we should make the best of what our bodies can do, everybody is different.
I have a lot of knowledge about physical education, my whole my life I have been in sports (dancing, tennis, basketball, handball, swimming, running, football, table tennis, gym). A lot of experience from different sports but many warmup, strength and conditioning techniques are similar in different sports.
I have taken a physiotherapy course in my home country, and I saw my passion for knowledge about body development and healing by movement. In my childhood through different kinds of physical education I saw how trainers work and I hope that I too can do the best I can to make people happier and healthier.
PRICING AND TIMING
Pricing is Rs 1,500 for a 1.5 hr private session which can accommodate up to 3 people at once. Larger groups can also be accommodated, please contact us for pricing information with details on your group size and requirements.
