There were so many palpable moments of magic teaching acroyoga formally for the first time! Very different being in front of a group vs the informality of jams and 1:1. Certainly a lot easier when you can focus on one person, vs groups which are off doing their own thing! Major new teaching lesson – teaching spotting is the hardest part!
Our first group of students were incredible, and working with the irrepressible and wonderfully warm and capable Mansi Mahajan was just a joy! A very positive experience to be able to pass on glimmers of acro, see acro magic and connection happen. And just the beauty of clean lines, stability, ease and comfort. Absolute acro play and what makes acroyoga such an addictive and constructive practice.
