Hello! Our parkour class heads outside every few weeks. They’re going to Ansal Plaza, South Ex on Sunday, do come out if you’d like and join them! Our teacher Abhishek will be around to help facilitate, you’ll get to try a few basic moves, and also train for parkour fitness and conditioning. You’re welcome to come and join us for free, we won’t be charging a fee on Sunday.
Saturday 19th August 1500 – 1630 hrs Rs 700 We’ll work on 2 basic tricks at this workshop: splits and a bridge and their variations. Nice and simple with lots of warm up. If you want to learn how to improve your flexibility, how to work on your splits and backbending this is a good place to learn.
Sunday August 6th 3 PM – 7 PM Rs 200 We haven’t done a bouldering competition in ages! Summer competition, August 6th, save the date! This will feature several categories for men’s and women’s, plus juniors, and different categories for beginners, intermediates and national-level. A plethora of formats. We’ll try our best to give people creative problems of all sorts to solve.

One of the experienced members of the group, Kanika from Theyogaclass has kindly agreed to lead folks through a mini-workshop on acroyoga safety and etiquette basics, so if you’ve been wanting to try acro, but weren’t sure how, this is a great opportunity.
Our friend and outdoor photographer Siddhartha Chattopadhyay wanted to share his experiences trekking in India and Nepal, so we’re hosting an exhibition of his work at the gym! Acroyoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community (ref acroyoga.org). Acroyoga jams provide an opportunity to practice and play with other acroyoga enthusiasts. They are unsupervised and unstructured – there is no facilitation, just people gathering to base, fly and spot.

This workshop will introduce you to Yin yoga, its gentle practice and the art of cultivating the inner awareness of the present moment to focus on being rather than achieving.
Come join our friend Mansi Mahajan for a yoga session on the 6th of July, 7 PM. Curated by Kriti Curates. Mansi is a terrific yogini, teacher, entrepreneur and health practitioner. She has a Masters in Media Production from Griffith University, Australia, and has successfully set up several businesses in hospitality and health. Mansi is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher, having completed her teacher training from Mysore in 2004. She frequently conducts yoga camps at her family’s organic farm; we’re very lucky to host her, so do come down for this!
