This Saturday we’ll be working on straddle stretch and middle splits, will learn how to improve your toe point and get rid of that microbend in your knees (a common problem in performing arts). Nice and simple with lots of warm up. If you want to learn how to improve your flexibility, this is a good place to learn.

Excited to do series 9! Have quite a few people doing hoop with us now, some nice routines. So we’re going to continue. As before, this 11.30 section is for first-timers who’ve not done hoop before.

There is additionally a 3 pm section for folks who’ve attended at least 3 past workshops or aerial classes with Dasha, and are working on tricks. So please specify the time slot below!

The aerial lyra / hoop is a dynamic apparatus, a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves. It is a great platform for fluid movements, transitions and seamless sequences, especially when spinning!

Conscious Flow / Conscious Stillness / Prashant Tewatia

The qualities of a Yin form of practice can be thought of as a slower, cooler and physically quieter practice, whereas a Yang practice is more physically dynamic and warming.

During this workshop we will mindfully explore and combine these two contrary forces in order to reconnect with a harmonious sense of well-being. A set mix of soft and slow movements (Qi Gong) along with smooth static poses of Yoga.

Introducing The Outdoor Program!

Welcome to the start of the outdoor climbing season in Delhi folks! We’re super excited about launching our program, starting with safety basics and orientation indoors, then doing the rounds of outdoor locations (artificial and real rock) in Delhi, before heading back to Dhauj regularly for trad outings.

The program will be thorough, extend over months, and be a superb education in outdoor climbing, ethics and safety!

The aerial lyra / hoop is a dynamic apparatus, a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves. It is a great platform for fluid movements, transitions and seamless sequences, especially when spinning!

As with any aerial skill, aerial hoop requires a skilful balance of strength, stamina and flexibility, something which you will progressively work on during the class. Aerial hoop helps in honing upper body muscle groups, improving your range of motion and active flexibility.

New hours!

Hi guys!

So new morning hours at DR from this coming week!

MWTF:  7.30 AM – 11.30 AM & 4.00 PM – 9.00 PM

TUE:  Closed

SAT & SUN:  8.00 AM – 8.00 PM

For the classes, we’re consolidating Master Class and Climbing Women, so those are now thrice weekly on MWF 7.30 PM starting Monday the 11th.

For folks used to coming in on Sundays, you’re welcome to join our 5 pm session, Ganeshsir takes that and is happy to accommodate regulars, so for Sunday people, the option is to come in at 5 pm. You might be asked to help with new climbers a bit! Ditto Saturdays at 5 pm. Much like now, Ganeshsir will take regulars with new folks at the same time.
