In this multi-apparatus workshop, we explore how to transfer lines and movement from one apparatus to another. This is a workshop directed towards flyers who want to experience a new way of moving through the air and how to dance on one apparatus and from one apparatus to another. We fly between Silks, Lyra and Rope, learning traditional moves as well as creating our own multi-apparatus sequences. When we shift how we get from one place to another, anything can be possible!

I wanted to share some thoughts about this past Sunday at Dhauj, things to think about for next time. If you intend to come with, read carefully, and let’s please start applying these. GEAR We had folks turn up without helmets; helmets were needed, even on the little scrambles we had up to our two ledges. The area is exposed to rock fall, and since Dhauj isn’t maintained in any way, there is a serious risk of rock fall.
ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA Just as all rivers end up in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the kundalini. – Yogi Bhajan Kundalini Yoga uses Asana (posture), Mudra (hand positions), Pranayam (breath), and Mantra (utterance) to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, and stimulate the energy reserves of the human system. This workshop in Kundalini yoga includes kriyas which are a set of exercises/asanas, mantras and breath. It begins to break the patterns or blocks in our bodies where the energy is stagnant leading us to forming a pattern. When the energy flows in a systematic way these patterns change.
