Sunday June 4th 10.00 – 11.30 AM Cost Rs 700 Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. This workshop will introduce you to Yin Yoga, its gentle practice and the art of cultivating the inner awareness of the present moment to focus on being rather than achieving. This second series of Yin Yoga workshop will be focused on the uniqueness of our anatomy, giving special importance to the hip and pelvis area. This area connects our lower and upper bodies and it is a large energetic store of emotions and tension. Carolina will guide students into a Yin Yoga session to release the tension in this key area of our body.

Working out with a friend keeps you motivated, helps you understand your own and your partner’s body mechanics better, helps you access deeper stretches after the workout.
We’re excited about reprising our sailing program, this one is a collaboration with the Yacht Club of Hyderabad (YCH). If you’ve been interested in learning how to sail, we promise we’ll provide you with an excellent learning experience as well as real sailing and, best of all, racing. Kids are welcome! Ages 8+ please. We will be going through fairly technical aspects of sailing, so if you think you’ll need to accompany your child to ensure that they follow the instruction, you should do that. Likewise for the trip, parents are encouraged to come with, or even participate.

First in our monthly series of climbing seminars – a set of specific and detailed workshops on particular topics in climbing. Please come join Ganesh Chhetri, four time national champion and Delhi’s best climbing coach, for a two-hour intensive on climbing-specific conditioning. The purpose of this workshop is to identify the basic climbing movements which climbers should train and condition for in the gym to improve their climbing and reduce risk of injury.
Saturday April 29th 11.30 AM – 1 PM Rs 1,000 BIO Livia Etelka began her dancing exploration at the age of four. Following a classical training in ballet until the age of 20, she developed a strong foundation that enabled her to delve into different genres, ranging from jazz, modern, african to contemporary dance. Propelled by her passion for the art of movement, she explored ways in which to utilise the body as an intricate, emotive instrument to convey and communicate.
Our first outdoor parkour meet! Abhishek Ghosal is taking his Delhi Rock parkour students out for a day in the park with real obstacles, and also real guards chasing them away 🙂 Do join us for this if you’re interested in learning some parkour!
