The aerial lyra / hoop is a dynamic apparatus, a circular steel ring that provides the perfect frame for your acrobatic moves. It is a great platform for fluid movements, transitions and seamless sequences, especially when spinning!
As with any aerial skill, aerial hoop requires a skilful balance of strength, stamina and flexibility, something which you will progressively work on during the class. Aerial hoop helps in honing upper body muscle groups, improving your range of motion and active flexibility.

Cost ~ Rs 7,000
Back to Chatru for a bouldering trip! One of our favourite places, we’ve been going every year since we opened.
Chatru is a few hours from Manali, and just spectacular. Towering peaks in a valley, variable weather, and just a great collection of boulders.
It’s a famous place for bouldering, and camping out is super comfy, there’s a nice warm little dhaba for food. So just terrific. Outdoor sanitation, so no creature comforts per se!
Cost is born per person, once again; Volvos to Manali and back, taxi to Chatru and back, food and minor rental cost. We’ll ask somebody for help picking up crashpads from IMF.
Total cost will be about Rs 7,000 or so, including a Rs 2,500 fee for DR and Ganeshsir’s time. Email us at email@example.com if interested!
Unsurprisingly, in the middle of the Delhi summer, our thoughts are wandering to beautiful wintery Gulmarg. We haven’t been since the winter of ’15, so after a break of two years, we wanted to put this back on the calendar, and organise a super trip up from Delhi.

Acroyoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community (ref acroyoga.org).
Acroyoga jams provide an opportunity to practice and play with other acroyoga enthusiasts. They are unsupervised and unstructured – there is no facilitation, just people gathering to base, fly and spot.
